BEST MACAROONS AT LADUREE IN PARIS

Macaroons are a typical symbol of French pastry. They are very popular in Paris and many places offer them. The most popular places are undoubtedly Pierre Hermé and Ladurée.

I couldn’t leave the French capital without tasting these world famous macaroons. As I already had the Pierre Hermé ones in the past, I decided to go at Ladurée.

In store, the Ladurée experience is amazing. First, you get to choose the box. After, they will ask you to choose the flavours you want in this box.

Macaroons are excellent but I found that they’re kinda using this pastry’s popularity to bump up the prices. After converting from euros to Canadian dollars, each macaroon was a little over 4$.

Well, it’s definitely a high end pastry which is ideal to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasion.
