Christmas for me is synonym of sharing moments with family and I think food is a really good way to do so. I love cooking with the family, sharing tips, discovering new techniques, etc.
Recently, I made doughnuts for the first time and I was pretty skeptical the easiness of it. It’s way easier than you think. The trick here is to let the dough rise long enough. We used Joy Of Baking recipe and the doughnuts turned out pretty well!
If you don’t have a doughnut cutter, you can use two different size of glasses or two different round cookie cutter.
Also, with the remaining dough, you can easily make the famous Tim Hortons Timbits! Perfect for a little afternoon pick-me-up with a good cup of coffee!
What’s your own way to share moments with your family during the Holidays?
